Anglers Channel put out some nice coverage of Colt Rods from day one. Here’s an excerpt from an ICAST blog piece featuring Colt Rods and Colt McCoy:
Colt Rods feature Hextreme design. Just ask Colt McCoy, the all-time winningest [sic] QB in college football history. The most recent addition to the Cleveland Browns is also an ambassador for the rod company which, coincidentally, bears his name. “I love to fish,” says McCoy. “These rods feature a flat-sided, hexagonal design that improves casting accuracy. They are very strong and very sensitive.”
Colt Rods are not for everyone. Like Colt McCoy, they are elite among their peers.
